These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our website and services provided by Ansoftsys Services.
By accessing or using waflow.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ansoftsys Services and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Ansoftsys Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ansoftsys Services and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of and access to the service.
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ansoftsys Services. We assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ansoftsys Services operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will notify users by posting the updated terms on this page.
By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
Ansoftsys Services offers an Affiliate Partner Programme ("Programme") through waflow.io. By enrolling in the Programme, you ("Affiliate Partner") agree to the following terms governing referral commissions.
An Affiliate Partner is entitled to receive a referral commission whenever a customer referred by the Affiliate Partner ("Referred Customer") subscribes to a paid plan on waflow.io. The commission is calculated as a percentage of the subscription amount paid by the Referred Customer, at the rate prevailing at the time of each such payment.
Once a customer is attributed to an Affiliate Partner through a valid referral, that attribution remains in effect for the lifetime of the Referred Customer's account. The Affiliate Partner shall continue to earn commission on every qualifying payment made by the Referred Customer for as long as the Referred Customer maintains an active paid subscription on waflow.io.
The commission percentage applicable under the Programme is reviewed and determined by Ansoftsys Services on an annual basis. Any revision to the commission rate shall take effect on 1st April of the applicable financial year. Ansoftsys Services reserves the sole and absolute discretion to increase, decrease, or otherwise modify the commission percentage at each annual review.
Any change to the commission rate shall apply uniformly and without exception to all Affiliate Partners — both new and existing — from the effective date of the revision. For the avoidance of doubt, no Affiliate Partner shall be entitled to claim the continuation of a previously applicable rate after a revision has taken effect.
Illustrative Example: If the commission rate for a given year is 30%, all Affiliate Partners earn 30% on qualifying payments made during that year. If the rate is revised to 20% effective 1st April of the following year, all Affiliate Partners — including those who joined under the 30% rate — shall earn commission at 20% on all payments occurring on or after that date.
Commission payments shall be processed and disbursed in accordance with the payment schedule and method determined by Ansoftsys Services. Commission is payable only on payments actually received by Ansoftsys Services from Referred Customers. Refunded, disputed, or reversed transactions shall not be eligible for commission.
Ansoftsys Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Partner Programme, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. In the event of termination, any pending and unpaid commission for qualifying transactions that occurred prior to the termination date shall be settled in accordance with the then-applicable Programme terms.
Affiliate Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their participation in the Programme. Ansoftsys Services reserves the right to revoke an Affiliate Partner's participation and withhold commission in the event of fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful referral activity.
