Our platform allows you to connect professional accounts from third-party platforms — such as Instagram and Facebook (via Meta's Graph API) — and view analytics and insights about your own content and account. This may include metrics such as reach, views, impressions, likes, comments, saves, shares, profile activity, and aggregated, non-identifying audience information.
How long insights data is stored: We do not store your analytics or insights data. Insights are fetched live ("on demand") from the relevant platform's API each time you open an insights view and are shown to you in real time. This data is held only transiently in memory for as long as it takes to render the requested view; it is not written to, cached in, or otherwise retained in our databases. The retention period for insights data is therefore effectively zero — once you close or refresh the view, the data is discarded, and re-opening it retrieves fresh data directly from the source platform.
The only related information we retain is what is strictly necessary to maintain your account connection — for example, encrypted access tokens and basic account identifiers (such as the connected account ID, username, and profile details). We use this solely to authenticate requests to the platform's API on your behalf so that we can retrieve your insights when you ask for them. You can remove this at any time by disconnecting the account within the application, which deletes the stored connection details.
Because insights data originates from third-party platforms, its collection and processing by those platforms is also governed by their own policies — for example, Meta's Privacy Policy and Platform Terms. We recommend reviewing those policies to understand how the source platform handles your data.
Our WaFlow Sync for Google Sheets™ add-on requests limited access to Google user data solely to let you sync rows from a spreadsheet you choose into your WaFlow CRM account as leads. This section describes, exclusively for this Google user data, what we access, how it is used, how it is protected, and how it is retained and deleted.
Sole purpose of use: Google user data obtained through this add-on is used only to provide and improve the add-on's core functionality — reading the rows of the spreadsheet you select and creating or updating corresponding contact records in your WaFlow CRM account. It is not used for advertising, marketing communications, ad personalization, analytics unrelated to the sync feature, the Affiliate Partner Programme, or any other purpose described elsewhere in this policy, and it is not shared with advertising partners or ad networks. Where any other section of this policy discusses uses such as marketing, advertising, or affiliate tracking, those sections do not apply to Google user data.
What we access: only the specific spreadsheet(s) you install and run the add-on in (via the spreadsheets.currentonly scope), plus the minimum permissions needed to display the add-on's sidebar, run the sync trigger, and call our own backend (container UI, script execution, and external request scopes). We do not access any other files in your Google Drive or Google account.
Data protection mechanisms: all communication between the add-on, Google, and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. OAuth tokens and any credentials used to maintain your connection are encrypted at rest and are never stored in plain text. Access to synced data within WaFlow's systems is restricted to the authenticated account that owns the connection and to the small number of authorized personnel and services required to operate the integration; we do not sell this data or share it with advertisers.
Data retention: rows synced from your spreadsheet are retained as CRM contact records in your WaFlow account for as long as your account remains active and the integration stays connected, so that your CRM data stays available to you. OAuth tokens and connection metadata are retained only while the integration is enabled.
Data deletion: you can disconnect the Google Sheets integration at any time from within WaFlow or by revoking WaFlow's access from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored OAuth tokens and stops all future syncing. You may also request deletion of previously synced contact records, and any associated CRM data, at any time by contacting us at waflow@ansoftsys.com; such requests are honored within 30 days.
AI/ML and Limited Use compliance: Google Workspace user data obtained through this add-on is never transferred to, processed by, or used to train, retrain, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, whether ours or a third party's, and is not shared with any third-party AI/ML service. WaFlow separately uses the OpenAI API in unrelated parts of the product; that usage does not receive, and has no access to, any data obtained from Google Workspace APIs. The use of any data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Ansoftsys Services follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics.
The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Like any other website, Ansoftsys Services uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited.
The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on waflow.io, which are sent directly to users' browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
Note that Ansoftsys Services has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
Ansoftsys Services' Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
